Hi, I'm not much of a dancer but sadly would like to be. I'm more of a movie buff (as you can probably guess by my avatar/name)
Did you ever see the Japanese movie "Shall we Dansu?" Not the horrible Richard Gere copy. It was wonderful! Before I start spouting on about movies I might go start another thread.
What kind of dance are you interested in? I'm fairly fascinated by the Japanese arts. I saw an Okinawan dance troupe when I was down there. It was just a local community troupe but they were still so captivating. The perfect measure of their moves was incredible.

Of course you have to be REALLY committed. There is a taiko drumming group in a nearby town and I was invited to join but you have to practice at least twice a week together plus private practice - more often if there is a concert coming up. A bit too heavy for me I'm afraid. I love to travel and relax too much.
